"the worse experience ever."

We checked in, then we went to an event and we came back to the hotel to sleep and rest up for the next day, however the room had multiple cockroaches and we could not sleep with them. We asked for refund, however they said that we had to work it out with the booking company and the manager on Monday.

Room was very clean and was close enough to the movie theater for me to walk

Bed was hard as hard can be. Almost like a spring board. Is a lil outdated and could use with some revamps in certain aspects. The TV was stuck on one channel until I figured out you have to stand at an angle to get it to do anything. I.e. pull up guide, select different show. There were a couple roaches that came out when I put my pizza box on the table beside the microwave and tv.
