"It was gross."

It was conveniently located by the hospital.

The rooms were nasty. There was mold in the bathroom and questionable cleanliness the blankets/sheets. Hair and stains on bed.

It's not fancy, but the location is great for families visiting students at Harding. It was clean, and the service was fantastic. Management was very cooperative when a billing issue arose. Overall my family was very satisfied with our stay here.

"Did not get what was requested and my wife paid for it"

It was not what we asked for. my wife has severe arthritis and has both knees replaced. We requested a 1st floor but didn’t get it. We requested a king size bed. We didn’t get one. People were smoking right outside and it came through the air vent. We will not be using your booking service in the future, and will advise all of our friends to do the same.
