Sunrise Extended Stay

Welcome to your average low budget motel. Beds were comfortable pillows were nice. I had worked till 3am got to bed about 4am. knowing check was 11am as posted on the back of the door and listed on Hotels.com i needed to sleep right before check out and walk out the door at 11am. But. . . 9:00am the motel phone rings, obviously the front desk as nobody knows im there. I lift it off the hook & set it back down. Trying to go back to sleep it rings again. I ignore it. Then my cell phone rings (yep, front desk) i again ignore it. Roll over trying to go back to sleep. About 9:30am the guy comes banging on my door, and yes i had the do not disturb sign hanging on the door knob. . Trying hard to ignore this disruption to get a few more minutes of sleep he then opens my door, which is stopped by the chain, and hollers loudly asking if im gonna stay another day. I ignore him. He closes the door and walks away. Approximately 10am he calls the room again!!! I got up showered and left, never ever to return here again. He also did the same to my employee about the same time, but took his ‘do not disturb’ sign and threw it on his floor in front of his bed! Yay for hospitality straight from India. Dont think ill ever consider visiting that country.

I don't really have anything to say about unique it was convenient had problems

Very nice staff! Pool is a bit small but always clean and cool.

Most of the rooms that I have stayed in are decent but the property is under construction drive is torn up

NO breakfast as advertised. NO restaurant. The tub was dirty. No maid service past noon, and no one knocked to see if we wanted it. When came in at 10 pm 1 towels left each night!! upstairs people were so so so loud. carpet filthy. when out of shower feet were then so dirty on bottom from carpet. Air conditioner barely blew and it was 99 each day! Will neer recommend that place!

It is old but clean and well kept, the owner/manager was very helpful to me and i thank him for that

There were bugs in my room. I took pictures, took them to the desk, and asked for a new room. They did not have a different room and the night gal claimed they were not the infestation type. They were indeed the infestation type. She states she could not give me a refund. We slept in the car. Next morning they tried to say because I had entered the room and moved a wash cloth and didn’t get my refund the night before, (from the same staff who said she couldn’t do that, and told me I would have to wait for the manager)- I was not eligible for a refund. Even Expedia tried and got no where with the hotel. Eventually the owner watched the video to prove I didn’t do anything but walk in and walk back out and I got a refund. This entire trip was sabotaged by trying to save a few dollars- Not worth it. Never will make that mistake again!!

The room itself was ok but nothing so special has to require $100 deposit.

The desk clerk was rude. There is $100 deposit when you check in that I was unaware of. So after driving all day long and just being ready to get to the room and rest, I had to go track down an ATM machine. Then she accused me of having a pet with me the next day when she "inspected" the room. Will never stay there again.
