No amenities like water, soaps and bottle opener was broken.

The apartment is located in a zone between the highway and city center,ideal for moving around Verona and going to the city center. After booking you get a detailed explanation on how to use their app for unlocking all doors,it's simple but requires mobile data at all times. We reserved a parking space in the closed yard of the building which was a big plus. The apartment itself is spacious,bright and with very clean sheets and towels. All in all we are satisfied with our stay and all the communication during our stay.

The kitchen misses small things like sponges,towels etc. The shower in the bathroom is a bit older and needs better maintenance. Lack of table on the terrace,you have just 2 chairs.

The apartment was absolutely great. Big and comfortable. Big balcony and we really liked the neighborhood.. Everything was spot on. The whole family was pleased.. Ten stars 🤩.

It was clean , close to the bus station, close to the train station , close to a Lidl . It was definitely nice . A place to come back to .
