Excellent facilities and a very convenient location. The stay is well-maintained, comfortable, and provides a pleasant experience overall.

没有不满意

Firstly it was super easy to check in. We were given permission to check in earlier as we requested but due to the traffic and other unexpected things during our journey to Ipoh, we arrived late. Nevertheless we feel grateful for the privilege allowing us to check in before time. This 2 bedroom appartment definitely big enough for us, people of three. Very spacious, the unit has fully air-conditioning which is very cold till we don't need to on the air-conditioning in the master bedroom., enough by using the air-conditioning in the living room. The parking lot was good just next to the door to the lift entrance. Feel safer and fast excess to the unit. The location was great, a lot of food eatery restaurant or shop choices nearby..just a walking distance. If you want to order grab food also shouldn't have any problem because most restaurant that suit with our preference all around 5-10 minutes delivery in radius distance. There are KK mart as well 7-11 just opposite the building. At night we just walked to the "Gerbang Malam", local night market which was 5 minutes away. This night market is opened every night. Lastly the check out also super easy.

Maybe the owner of this property needs to supply or provide few floor towel to put in the bathroom because the floor can be slippery when its wet. No doubt there is a 'rug' out side the bathroom but its no harm to provide a floor towel inside after the bathroom/toilet door. One more thing , please do something to the living room furniture set. The sofa head rest is broken and only tied with a plastic back. The chairs also, especially the back rest is kind if loose and not stable .

WE are a group of 10 seniors on a jalan-jalan makan-makan trip. Ipoh did not disappoint. The property is well located, within walking of most places we wanted to go. On booking, the description of the unit was a penthouse with 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. We were pleasantly surprised, the unit we got had 5 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms.

Just one small item. There is a door on the upper floor that leads to the outside corridor. It would be better security if there is an additional latch on the inside.

Key collection was hard as it was difficult to see the numbers on the dial because the lobby was dimly lit. But once that was sorted out, it was a breeze. Wifi was great.

Place needed a microwave and a water dispenser.
