Great location. Very helpful host. Good value for money. Clean.
We needed to pay extra tax for cleaning ( 28€) that was not listed in charges that will be collected by the property. It was not the problem, but it would be nice to present it on listing.

"Nice apartment, could use some work."

It was a very nice apartment. We stayed at apartment n. 2 Etna House. It was easy to get in and was big enough for 4 people. We had a great time. Great location with stores and restaurants nearby. Also the city center was like a 7-8 min walk. Taxi from the airport was 10 euros per person, but you can also take the Alibus which was around 4 euros.
We booked it, because it said that it has a terrace, but unfortunately there were 2 air conditioners that were taking all of the space. We payed extra 20 Euros per person for a late check-in (around 21:30, because we had a late flight), which was confusing, because there was nobody to welcome us, but our host just send us the directions on WhatsApp how to get in (with codes). The host sent us pictures of us trying to get in which was a little bit frustrating. Definitely not enough charging plugs.

🤢🤬🤮 My experience staying at this place was a complete disaster in every aspect. Firstly, the environment was disgustingly unclean; the room was filled with dirt and insects. Furthermore, the owner was utterly disrespectful and uncooperative, demanding an additional 80 euros from me with no clear justification. When I objected, he threatened to involve the police and even the local mafia, creating an atmosphere of tension and fear. Frankly, I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place; it's simply not worth the time, effort, or money.🤢🤢
