Lovely spacious and airy room, comfortable bed, and in good location. Lots of thoughtful touches including tea and coffee, access instructions were perfect.

Very poor bathroom lighting, no hand soap or washing up liquid even though a sponge and tea towel provided. It's a room not a hotel so some self catering can be done but nowhere to wash up other than rinse in bathroom sink. Not enough electrical sockets, and the shower door was a bit broken. I didn't meet any staff but messaging was ok.

It was nice, clean and well organized apartment. Very good location, peaceful, pleasant. Felt safe. Good vibes! Would definitely come back ! And Eleonora was very responsive and accommodating. I could drop my language before checking in. That was very nice! .

I have no complaints!
