The view was magnificent. The rooms were great

The parking needs some work. It’s small and the road to get there is not very good.

Great views and nice breakfast.

Parking is not fit for the establishment. Complex entrance procedure, the access is in dirt road; but it works in the end. One of the beds was dirty and we had to ask in the reception to change the sheets.

The entire Luna Kas Team, including the reception staff, breakfast and kitchen teams, porters, and housekeeping, delivered exceptional service and maintained a consistently high level of professionalism throughout our stay. Their collective efforts made our experience truly memorable. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade upon arrival, which included a balcony offering a beautiful view. Thank you for this thoughtful gesture. The breakfast was excellent, featuring a delicious variety of high-quality options. Housekeeping maintained our room in impeccable condition at all times. Additionally, the hotel’s location is outstanding, with numerous restaurants within walking distance.

We liked everything. There are no recommendations to "improve" anything at this time.
