I got to the hotel at 10 p.m. aporox. and the air conditioner did not function in the room. After that the maintanence man fixed it I find out a woman's hair inside the bed and other rooms were too noisy. Tried to ask for refund but the receptionist did not want to help. Had to find another hotel to stsy at. Only after I called the next day and spoke with the manager the hotel agreed to give me 50% refund.

The hotel was quite modern. The staff were very polite and friendly. It had a good Wi-Fi connection and a very responsible housekeeping team. I had to leave early due to a change in my travel plans. The management were courteous enough to offer a refund for a full night despite it being a non-refundable booking, which was much appreciated. Thanks for that! :)

The room size could be a bit bigger for the money they charged.
