"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT STAY HERE!"

Sadly nothing 😏

COLD SHOWER!! No hot water!! No English speaking staff!!! They took my money for days I wasn’t staying for breakfasts and city taxes they did not refund it back am still liaising with Booking.com customer service for dispute resolution !! Was left alone for the night no other guests in the entire resort!!! no staff present bad storm I felt unsafe 😟😟 No food for lunch or dinner Stranded too far from anything unless you drive a car Do not stay here !!

"Nice resort in the countryside"

Very friendly staff and lots of things to see. There were some animals, swing, pool suitable for kids, and overall a thoughtful set of things for kids to make it enjoyable. Beautiful location, with lots of countryside views, sea view, overall I'm very happy and will return if I go to Pozzallo again.

It's a bit remote and it's complicated to get food or basic groceries. Taxi to the centre is 25 euros one way so if you don't want to waste 50 euros both ways you are up to a 1-hour walk each way.

Zapach z pobliskiej stajni i palonych śmieci. Wiem ze to na Sycylii zakorzeniona tradycja ale w obecnych czasach definitywnie do zmiany.
