Hedoné Design Experience B&B

Barbara is a wonderful host and met us outside to show us an easy place to park behind the accommodation. She gave us lots of information on where to visit and provided us with milk to make tea. The room was very modern with a very comfy bed, modern bathroom, fab aircon and a lovely balcony where we had distant views of the Valley of the Temples (see photo). Breakfast was fabulous. We sat out on the covered balcony and enjoyed all the lovely food provided. We had some dietary requirements which Barbara happily accommodated. There was a large selection of beautiful pastries, fresh fruit, bread and cheeses as well as lovely cakes and the most amazing chocolate covered orange that Barbara and her Mum make! Barbara also provided a couple of local Sicilian things for us to try which was really nice to have authentic Sicilian specialities. There are quite a few good restaurants nearby and an amazing Gelato and bakery just a few hundred metres away.

A view commanding valle dei templi and mediterranean is the best I've ever seen from accommodation. A room is clean and spacious, equipped with what I have in mind when I stay at accommodations. It's well located, only several minutes walk to city center. Breakfast is fine, a lot of regional sweets and fruites and etc. However, the best is kindness and supportiveness of Barbara who came to guide us to the parking slot with her motor cycle and gave us a lot of advice during our stay.

Barbara was fabulous! She couldn't have been more helpful and went out of her way to ensure we had a good stay. There was a great choice for breakfast each morning and copious amounts of coffee available for my husband! She also had great restaurant recommendations. The property is well located and only a short walk into the historic centre of Agrigento. Beautifully designed and exceptionally secure and our friends had an amazing view from their bedroom of the temples. Lighting in the room was thoughtfully and cleverly planned and although the ensuite wasn't large, it was well designed.

The glass door to the ensuite opens up quite close to the bed and I managed to gash my leg on the corner of the bed one morning when the door was open! Parking isn't brilliant, although we did find a spot further up the road.

The host is wonderful - hospitable, generous + warm, but not overbearing. The room was fab - great daylight, airflow, views. The property has multiple balconies - breakfast outside. Very tasteful and well designed. Open access to snacks and drinks. Great breakfast. Easy parking

Barbara, her mother, and staff are wonderful. They are very sweet and kind. Our room was lovely, spotlessly clean, modern (as is the whole place), and had a great view over the Valley of the Temples. Barbara sent us a short video on WhatsApp showing the exact location of the driveway so that as we arrived we could compare it to what we were seeing. She helped us get around to the back driveway to easily unload our luggage. They provided a great breakfast with a nice variety of foods, an assortment of pastries and typical fare plus a great meat and cheese platter. Barbara went "above and beyond" helping us. When we arrived our rental car had a tire that was going flat and could not be repaired. Luckily we had paid for full coverage and roadside assistance. Barbara took on the task of contacting the rental company, finding a tow truck, and arranged for the car to be towed. She did all of this while we just went off into Agrigento. A branch of our rental company is in town so I went there and got a replacement car (that car ironically had a spare). Without Barbara's help, this likely would have taken us a lot of time and a lot of headache.

Not a dislike, just a note: This is a small hotel in a larger building on a hillside with some steps. Be prepared for that. If you can find a spot, it is best to park behind (above) the building in the small street Via Allesi.

Everything!! We have stayed at many amazing places over the years. This property is one of the tops ever! It’s very clean. Has a great breakfast. Location was great. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The property is updated and decorated nicely. The room has a safe, small fridge, & wonderful bathroom amenities. The host Barbara could not be more welcoming and helpful! The view of the Valley of the Temples is absolutely amazing! We can’t wait to come back to Agrigento and this B&B! Location is perfect on the hills of Agrigento overlooking the while coast (from my bed I could see the temples …) You can see that the whole B&B was designed by an architect, applying all known appliances for your comfort The room was spotless clean, spacious, designed like a 4* boutique hotel and with large balcony Barbare is the born host: kind, supportive, dedicated to your well. Eing in every respect I will come agaih

Barbara went beyond what could be expected from a host. Breakfast was superior served outside if wished for. The room was a bit on a small size but big 5* shower made up for it. The view from the room was amazing. You wake up to the view of the Valley of the temples. Barbara's decorating skills were superior with every detail of the room chosen with care and talent.

A bit bigger room with a chest or closet for your luggage. A bottle of shower gel would better and more enviromentally friendly thBeautiful roombwith an individual packets.
