Apartments Orange Tree

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und geben uns einen warmen Empfang. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Kinder freuen sich sehr über Pool. Mit Auto oder Bus ist Dubrovnik gut erreichbar.

Duże I czyste pokoje, czyste łazienki i basen.

the room was very tastefully and well decorated, comfortable bed, everything you could want to cook for two for 2 or 3 days. Andre the Host met our taxi as it arrived and was extremely friendly and helpful.. bringing a bottle of wine for a very welcoming drink. The place is very modern and the sea view from the balcony looking up the coast to Dubrovnik is stunning. WC/Shower room, very clean and new. Good shower with lashings of hot water. Pool was very clean and ample sun bathing / shady spots, pool towels supplied by the property... lovely walk down into Cavtat around 15 to 20 minutes - longer uphill on the hike back ... or 9 Euros for a taxi. Property is very very close to Dubrovnik airport.. 5 to 10 minutes away.

Very little, there was nothing really to dislike ... the room was fairly small, but well equipped and with Balcony did not feel cramped. The walk up to the Supermarket ..10 minutes is quite challenging but downhill all the way back with the bags .. and Andre did offer to take us in his car :-)

There were small details of comfort and warmth thst made me happy. Small biscuits for the breakfast, a french coffee machine, dishes, utensils, toaster, small table with 2 chairs for eating, nightstands tablenwith 2 chairs at the balcony .Ceramic stovetop and small fridge. It was a totally jndependent apartment where someone could cook a full meal! Also the very kind host, Ante, was available to help and friendly at every possible need! The balcony had a fairly good view of the sea despite the fact I stayed at a studio room and not at a larger apartment, as I was a solo traveller. I will surely return the soonest possible! I recommend it!

Very minor details like a slightly better overseeing of the swimming pool. It was not a direct fault of the hosts of course, but I realised some other guests visited the swimming pool with a can of beer, despite the fact that drinks and food are not normally allowed in the pool area. But, this does not diminish the quietness and calmness that the swimming pool and the other outdoor areas offer to the guests. Another small , very small suggestion for improvememt in my opinion would be some simple openair elevator to help carry the luggage to the upper floor . I did not have trouble carrying the luggage but may be some guests need it sometime. Again, this is a kind suggestion and not a dislike or strong negative point. Also, I can confirm the apartments are not inside the town of Cavtat and someone has to walk 1+ km to the center of Cavtat, the harbour area. Having a car will help with getting to Cavtat. Of course there are plenty of taxi services in the area to help move between the apartments and Cavtat. Nevertheless, there is a small supermarket at a close distance of approximately 200 metres, if I am not wrong, which is a little uphill from the hotel. Despite this relative distance from the center of Cavtat, the place is very quiet, beautiful and with perfect view.
