I didn’t like the fact that the hotel charged us full payment for a room while just keeping our luggage there. I wrote to the director twice about it but I didn’t get any answer. I am not used to being treated like that.

Nice area and close walking distance to the pedestrian street in Zona 1. The room was huge! Nice little outdoor area with a cafe serving breakfast. The area felt very safe. Close to many restaurants.

The internet was not very stable in room 1 where I stayed, but it did work.

A beautiful, old and largely unrenovated building. Staff try hard, but... no hot water overnight or in the wee hours before a dawn flight. Not a very good breakfast. What's good is the central location -- and the charm of the old building.

Conveniently located.

Got allocated a room with no en-suite with no toilet on the same floor. Ended up moving into my friends room as they had a spare bed with an en-suite.
