Doskonała lokalizacja Przepiękny widok z prywatnego tarasu Nienaganna czystość Olbrzymie, wygodne łóżko Przesympatyczny i super pomocny personel - pomoc z bagażem, doradzanie atrakcji i restauracji, oczywiście także dokonywanie rezerwacji Po wcześniejszym zamówieniu - prywatne SPA ( nie było kłopotu, że "zajęte")

Matera - więc niestety: schody, schody, schody. Ale oczywiście wiedzieliśmy o tym wcześniej. Mimo schodów - i tak warto !

"Amazing hotel experience in Maters"

Amazing hotel room built into a limestone cave. Large and luxurious. Right in the heart of the historic area. The service was excellent.

Le personnel m’a beaucoup aidé à préparer mon arrivée et m’a évité de tomber dans le piège de l’inhospitalière zone à circulation limitée, ainsi qu'à résoudre certains problèmes pendant mon séjour.

L’hôtel est très incommode (aucun ascenseur, escaliers très raides), la propreté pourrait être meilleure, la salle de petit-déjeuner n’est pas agréable et bruyante.

The room was fantastic. Cave !!! We loved the jacuzzi tub. Very comfortable and beautiful. The staff was delightful. Very helpful with carrying the luggage to the property. It was very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was nice. The location was good. Everything was walkable and close by.

"Un hôtel, parfait pour un court week-end en amoureux"

Le lieu est absolument magique, la chambre, Premium avec spa et totalement à la hauteur (même si le déshumidificateur fait un peu de bruit la nuit).

C’est pas l’hôtel le plus simple d’accès, mais les services de navette facilitent grandement la chose.
