we liked the inside of the apartment, it was well furnished and with new finish

- the building is almost falling apart. Indeed there are fences alla round the entrance to protect you from bricks falling from the building - the elevator is old and we got stuck in it (the max capacity is 4 people and we were with 4 people). the landlady was kind enough to start up the engine again and let us out. Apparently it happens often - you cannot lock the door of the apartment. This feels unsafe - The landlady enters as she pleases without even ringing the door - the landlady is not trustworthy: She had agreed with me on a later check out without extra pay. The night before the check out she imposed a normal check out time (10:30) without room for negotiating or paying a later check out. Luckly we could keep one of the three rooms till 12:30, this created a huge disruption and unpleasent experience. Moreover, when the check out time was approaching for the 3rd room she was pressuring us to go away Given the untrustworthiness of the landlady and the incapability of accomodating for guests needs, I strongly suggest to avoid this lodging.

great free parking place, nice, clean rooms.

The owner organized everything for hosts' comfort, she is super available and kind. The flat has the kitchen fully equipped and living room for a common use of the other rooms. All is very clean. There is also coffee machine and coffee available for the hosts. We had the large room. The room and bathroom is giant and very comfortable. Very well furnished, very clean. The air conditioner is top, super silent. We had the problem with bathtub drain, contacted to the owner. She apologized about the issue and resolved it rapidly. The building has an old elevator. Makes you feel like at home.

The building entrance and the nearby is poor looking and seem unsafe.
