Location is great

You could easily hear the people in the next door apartments

I liked that was close to the beach 🏖️

There where ants in the apartment, I saw previous reviews that the people had the same problem … idk where they are coming from we barely had any food in the apartment , we had the 3rd floor with no balcony and was quite hot … for 7 days I think they should at least give a spare bath towels or bedsheets … One thing I didn’t get it why we paid 40 euros for late check in ? If there was no one waiting for us or helping, it was self check in which we had the codes for door…

The location is overall not bad, as it's close to the beach. However, it is a very noisy area due to the number of restaurants and cafes, as well as the busy intersection with constant traffic.

The noise level was quite high, and there were ants in the apartment—an unbelievable number of ants everywhere. When we turned on the toaster, the electricity in the apartment went out. The sofa in the apartment is impossible to sleep on; it’s extremely uncomfortable and uneven. Your back will thank you if you avoid using it for sleeping.

The location of the property was perfect for everything,the old town of marbella ,the beach 2 mins walking,the markets 2 mins, the public bus, 1 min and puertu banus only 15 mins with the bus .It was amazing 👍

For the babies on the 3rd floor it was little bit difficult but it was oke ✌️

Good kitchen and bathroom space, balcony to hang washing. David also super helpful.
