"Très bon hôtel après un meilleur entretien de la salle d’eau."

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal pour accéder aux magasins, restaurants et lieux touristiques du centre ville. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable.

Les douches ne sont pas très propres, les coins et bordures sont sales. Un ménage plus approfondi serait le bienvenu. Le lavabo bouché a nécessité plusieurs demandes avant intervention.

"Ottimo Hotel al centro di Reykjavík"

Hotel Von è collocato nella strada principale della capitale ed è proprio accanto al supermercato Bonus. La struttura è nuova e ben tenuta. La camera confortevole e con tutti i servizi necessari per un piacevole soggiorno.

+ sehr gute Lage + recht ruhig

- Es gibt nur Frühstücksoptionen: 1 Getränk, 1 Brot, 1 Gebäck. Glutenfrei war am ersten Tag trotz Angabe bei Buchung und beim Einchecken nicht möglich. Hat wer anders bekommen. Am 2. Tag klappte es. Gebäck gab es nicht glutenfrei. Dann ist ein Brot mit Kaffee einfach viel zu wenig. Wir haben immer noch woanders gefrühstückt. - Es gab gutes und unfreundliches Personal. Sehr personenabhängig. - Fernseher ging nicht. Erst kein Kabel, dann keine Antenne. - z.T. dreckige Gläser auf Zimmer bei Ankunft
