A gentleman I called at the hotel sent the shuttle to pick me up free of charge from the airport. The pick up young lady was the best, very pleasant, good driver and full of information . I was able to have them secure my duffel bag until I came back, Tuesday night. Nick- was very helpful with the shuttle to the mall Wednesday morning, pick up and shuttle back to the airport.

Sure, They tried to offer for $50.00 early check in, I declined I had an event to go to and would not pay to put my bag in an empty room. I think their was a late check in fee too, not paying that cause they know I am here, they have my bag. The heater was blowing cold air, no matter how much I turned it up. I took the linens off the other bed to put them on the bed I slept in. The shower ceiling was not just peeling it was open and hanging - horrible. The breakfast was 2 different cold cereals, dark bread that was too big for either toasters, little container of peanut butter and sour cream cheese. the coffee was hot but not strong at all and the orange juice was also watered down. the last time I was there October 2025 no breakfast at all. Last issue I asked for ice, I was sent upstairs to find the ice machine was completely dry. Look like the machine had never been used. I pressed the button and it made the noise but no ice. I had to walk back down those stairs and I told the front desk person that it looked like the machine had not been used in years. He had to have the machine did not have ice in it, never. And I said no ice in the building at all! Definitely need to update the pictures on the website very misleading and wrong, wrong, wrong. The next day I pressed the button and now it is unplugged, made no noise. Last year I remember the heat was not working then either in the room i was in. I book to have someplace to sleep and that served my purpose. For an extended visit, I will be booking someplace else that has heat if i need it, a real continental breakfast or such and a shower I won't be afraid to use. With a working ice machine!

Quite run down. Parking lot was filled with pot holes making it difficult to drive. Main door was inaccessible due to damage. Carpet was old and coming up in places. Our room had a large dent in the drywall and had a musty smell. At night, the room got a bit smoky and smelled of weed. I think someone was smoking weed in the building.

It was cheap

Smelled like weed, parking lot covered in pits, card keys stopped working on second day, breakfast was just toast bagels and cereal, front desk was slow with their work

I was able to check in promptly. No pests like other reviews talked about.

* Staff rambled off how shuttles worked way too quickly instead of listening to my situation first. Had to wrestle with them over the talking stick. * Washing machine didn't work. They pulled the "It's not my job." routine and wanted me to pursue a refund instead of crediting it to my room. * "Continental" breakfast only has toast and cereal. That's it. No eggs, fruit, yogurt, waffles, etc. like other hotels. * I got here through Trivago and the nightly rate was $15 more per night then what I was quoted. * Signs all over the place with upcharges for this and that. * Place needs a remodel. Everything was clean but run down. There was an electrical socket that looked like it shorted out right in the lobby, burn marks and all. * WiFi was absolute dogshit. This was the dealbreaker for me. I needed WiFi to work from the hotel room. I finally had to go to the Culvers next door where the WiFi was 5x the speed according to speedtest.com. This is the biggest reason I won't be back.

I am surprised La Quinta allows this property to bear their name. It started in the parking lot: MANY large potholes and trash strewn about everywhere. The front door was broken (it appeared to have been that way for quite awhile), so we had to walk all the way around to the back to get in to the front desk. The woman at the desk was on the phone with what seemed to be a personal call during our check in—she barely made eye contact with me. The carpeting in the hallway was a wrinkled trip hazard and the hallway had a bad odor. Thankfully the room was clean and did not have the odor. Also, the guy at the desk in the morning was courteous and helpful. We had an early flight, so we did not experience the breakfast. The shuttle to the airport was on time and convenient. I would NEVER stay at this location again. Other La Quintas I have stayed at have been much better.
