Les falta demasiado para tener un buen servicio, nunca se solucionaron las inconformidades, el servicio en cocina es pésimo, aparte de la comida súper mala. Ojalá mejoraran el servicio tanto de comida como de limpieza. Parece que te están haciendo un favor

en general estuvo muy bien solo una tarde que pedimos al cuarto simplemente nos dijo la persona que estaba encargada del room-service que tenia mucho trabajo, que iba a salir ya de porsi tarde y por lo tanto no nos podia atender, cabe mencionar que para que se cerrara el restaurante todavía faltaba buen rato y asi sin mas nos nego el servicio. Sí fui a quejarme pero no se pudo hacer más.
