Golden Field Villa& Apartment

Very kind and supportive hosts.If you need any help they will assist it. For example we asked to change light bulbs and they did it fast and for free. They have a friendly, funny little dog, not aggressive at all. The air was clear, after Da Nang it felt fresh. The apartment was very clean without any smell and price included cleaning once per week. In the kitchen and bathroom they had everything that was needed, even pan lids, oil, sugar, salt, pepper... I guess the house is new, with new furniture and recent renovation. It is located close to the rice fields and the local market. Prices at the market are very good. There are nice cafe and restaurants nearby.

Can be hot on sunny days, the room gets warm fast. They have air conditioning. A bit loud because of the traffic on the street. At night it is quiet, sometimes you can hear neighbor's roosters.

I stayed in a lovely apartment - comfortable and pleasant to spend time in. I liked the good-sized bathroom, and the kitchen was well equipped, making it easy for me to prepare my own meals. There was also a good desk and office chair. The air conditioning worked very well. The premises were very secure, but set up so that you can come and go as you please. The people who run the place are very nice, and there is also a very cute little dog who will greet you once he gets to know you! The location is away from the old town, which means it is quiet and easy to sleep. There are some good gyms and restaurants nearby, and the 9 Grains bakery is only a few minutes away. When you want to go to the beach or the old town, the hosts also have bicycles you can use to get around - just try to get hold of some lights for when you are riding after dark. I stayed here for nearly a month, and I really liked it!

Not much to criticise about the apartment itself. But be aware that Hoi An doesn't have many supermarkets, and you will need to head towards the old town to find most of them. If you want Western food then you are best off shopping at Moonmilk, which isn't that convenient to get to.
