Its a very clean hotel but the tvs are very small and only get 40 channels but there are no tv guides and theres no booklet to give local eateries. That is my only complaint about the hotel

Computer did not work.

The King room was clean and spacious. Heater/Air conditioner worked great. Staff was helpful and polite. We had too complaints. We booked it because we wanted a hotel with a pool. We talked to the clerk about the pool and she never said the heater was not working. The website didn't say anything about the pool heater not working. We went down to the pool and jumped in. It was freezing. We purposely booked that hotel because of the pool. Very disappointing. The only other compliant was. We checked in and went out to eat and when we got back to our room there was a room key on the floor just inside the door. It wasn't the two they gave us at check in. I went to the clerk and turned it in. They had no explanation why it would be there. This makes me concerned that someone else was in our room after we checked in. There was no reason for staff to be in our room. Luckily nothing was taken. Kind of scary.

Room and lobby were clean and well maintained. Continental breakfast could have bigger selection.

Spotless , easy parking, good size room, nice pool, comfy bed . Also great location need food, entertainment and shopping

Only disappointment is lack of vending machines or any kind of snacks . Seems like an easy thing to provide for guests

Convenient

Its was around multiple restaurants an shopping centers an clean an the workers was nice.

Older facility, however I found my room well maintained and the staff were friendly and courteous. Lots of great food in the area to select from and easy access to the freeway. Very quiet, breakfast options were good for grab and go or eat in. Will stay with them again for business. I did not try the pool but it looked clean and tempting.

Property is conveniently located, but be sure to use your phone/GPS to find it because a nearby street is closed (August 2025) and it's in complex of other hotels, plazas, and office buildings.
