Comfort Inn & Suites

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quiet. The fitness area was excellent with great equipment and good air-circulation. The staff members were polite, helpful and efficient.

The breakfast was meager compared to others but the one staff member on duty was willing enough.

On arrival there was no one at the desk to book us in. Seems that this hotel is sadly understaffed and the room pricing is more than the experience is worth. The King room while comfortable seemed small compared to others, but there is no other hotel chain to compete in town.

The location was good and the bed was comfortable and clean .

the evening check in man was terrible , not friendly at all and very dismissive . he should not be working there . the furniture was a bit rundown and we had a room that faced the street lights and you can't close the curtains only the sheers so needless to say it's quite lit up at night in your room

The rooms were nice and the breakfast. Had everything we needed. Hotel staff was nice

This particular dislike is not for me generally. We were there for a wedding and one of the guest that stayed was in a wheelchair. She wasn't capable sleeping in here bed because it was too high for her partner to lift her into. ( for the record she's amputated both legs) She was in accessible room. For these types of room the furniture should also accommodate. Personally I love a high bed and thick mattress and for me at my stay was wonderful, however learning this morning that she had so much difficulty made me sad. I told her to talk ( to you) but she said its like this everywhere. So imagine that its status quo, but maybe in future to have more accommodated furniture for your guests.

The room itself was clean and staff was kind.

But the hockey parents not watching their children is in acceptable, we didn’t pay for a night away from our children to have to listen to other peoples screaming until 11pm running all over the hotel.

Almost everything was fine

The toilet would often keep running unless we shook the handle. The air unit in the room didn’t work. It could turn on but we couldn’t control the temperature. It was cold outside so we wanted to warm up but only cold air would come through the unit
