My husband and I just returned from a 3 night stay. It was our second time staying at this hotel and Craig the Front Desk Supervisor is the reason. We have mobility issues and Craig ensures that we have what we require in our room. Craig is the epitome of great customer service. This is a small but mighty example. I called to the front desk at approx. 10:00 p.m. to ask if there were any cookies. He said no but give me a minute to check in the back. Turned out there were cookies. He could have easily said no there are no cookies and left it at that. Craig will always put the extra effort to please the customer. This hotel has a true gem with Craig. As well, we requested house keeping services last minute on our first full day. We just wanted one thing taken care of. When we returned to our room, entire housekeeping had been completed. I don't know her name. I understand she was a new employee and would like to mention she did a great and unexpected job.

Bad check in experience with a clerk who was very rude and condescending, always like the staff and the hotel as they treated you well and made you feel welcome. The hotel rooms are nice and always clean and quiet, good wifi and so on. Unfortunately my last visit this week will most likely have been my last as the treatment I received when checking in was the worst ever especially I have had checking into a hotel, I travel for work and stay in hotels every week and have never experienced such a rude and unpleasant person in my life. I won’t go into the detail but be warned ( I’m sure she is not the only one who works there so you may get a more pleasant person) it’s unfortunate as it takes one bad experience to loose a customer

Very friendly staff and great location. Suite was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Will come again!

Good spot for a weekend stay. Quiet nights sleep and in a good walking neighbourhood.
