Cockroach in room 14. Lack of cups, even paper ones. Furniture and fittings are tired. It was our third accommodation on Sardinia - not the most cheap, but the most abandoned.

Tout était super ! Juste une petite suggestion : pensez à mettre à disposition un peu de vaisselle ou quelques ustensiles dans la cuisine, pour les voyageurs qui souhaitent préparer un repas sur place. Ce serait un vrai plus !

Very smooth communication and clear instructions. Very clean , perfect location , free car park outside. Definitely recommend.

It is a good option for lower-budgt stay. We only had to pass by for one night, so it was a good choice ! The location is good - just next to a beach (even if it's a town beach, it's not too bad), shops, many cafes around, also bus to the airport passes nearby. All the instructions of entering and leaving the property were communicated very clearly and timely by the host.

Despite booking.com sharing all their warnings not to share any personal info through online links, the check-in was mandatory online, it required my passport data and pictures, as well as my picture with my passport, and credit card info to pay the city tax. The host didn't reply to my questions whether the link is legit and it was automatically generated by the host or a scam... So I had to do all the checking by myself. Ultimately, it was a safe website, with a very vague GDPR policy, which is not fully compliant given the sensitivity of the data that is being gathered. The room was mostly clean but one can find dead bugs and dust under the bed, in the corners, etc. The bathroom needs to be modernised and was not very clean, quite some humidity flies inside.

They clean the room daily which is very nice.

This is not an hotel but an apartment on the ground floor with a shared kitchen and 2 rooms with private bathrooms - you will be sharing the house with someone else. The entrance to the apartment is directly from the street which makes the room quite noisy, especially at night. Room itself is ok and clean, pretty basic. Price is quite high for what you get, you can probably find something better for the same price.
