Torel Palace Porto

Nous avons passé 4 nuits au Torel Palace Porto et l’expérience a été remarquable du début à la fin. L’accueil est chaleureux, avec des conseils de visite en français qui font toute la différence pour profiter pleinement de la ville. L’hôtel a un charme indéniable, mêlant élégance et authenticité, et sa localisation est tout simplement idéale pour découvrir Porto à pied. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, varié et de grande qualité, servi par une équipe attentive et aux petits soins. Une adresse à retenir… et à recommander sans hésitation. Un must à Porto.

Beautiful hotel. Big, comfortable room with huge bathroom with large skylight. Our own balcony, too. Very welcoming reception staff, with a delicious port, and cookie. Very helpful staff in setting up a nearby restaurant reservation, and next day luggage storage and eventual taxi ride. Lovely and quiet night’s sleep in a very comfortable bed. Staying up above the old city helps with noise, but you are close enough to walk many places. Highly recommended!

We have just returned from a trip here. The hotel is in a perfect location to explore Porto. The staff were all very lovely and friendly. The breakfasts were of outstanding quality and again staffed by lovely people. Our room was quiet and spacious - a ‘studio’ located opposite main hotel. It was cleaned daily to a high standard. We had a small problem with the air conditioning but this was fixed for us. One thing that was a bit strange was the kitchenette in the room, an oven and hob/sink. We had seen this was part of the studio rooms. We didn’t intend to use it ( besides the kettle and coffee machine) but it looked like no one ever had and no plates/cutlery or cooking utensils were supplied in the drawers. Maybe they are available on request but it was a bit of a mystery! Overall this is a really wonderful hotel.

Everything was great. Friendly staff, amazing room, good breakfast. We had an amazing time here! And we will come back again to one of the Torel hotels

В этом отеле прекрасно все ! Расположение , персонал, белье , кухня . Все номера тематически оформлены . Хочется рассматривать каждую деталь ! Нам сделали апгрейд и поселили в прекрасный номер . Очень необычно выглядел куб из зеркал в центре номера , в котором располагался санузел . Поражает высота потолков и сами потолки - произведение искусства . Персонал очень дружелюбен ! В такие места хочется возвращаться !

Everything! Location, room was large and well appointed. Breakfast was fantastic. Dinner at Blind restaurant was exquisite. The staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.

Bathroom needed better and brighter lighting with a bit more counter space.
