Lighthouse Cottage (Shared Facilities)

Great view from first floor room. Shared bathroom was not a problem as we anticipated at first. Fun decor. Appreciated two chairs and fold up table. Great for Journaling and breakfast. His breakfast was plenty of food. Location close to Rankin grocery where they also 0had hot sausage rolls and needed essentials.

Good use of twin beds but would like to have known topper was under the bed to give us a more cushioned sleep. Upstairs bathroom was the only shower but we had no problem getting in and it was very spacious.

Zlokalizowany w bardzo cichym i ustronnym miejscu, pokój bardzo czysty, dużo książek o Szkocji i dostępne mapy. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny. Widok z okna na zachód słońca :) Nie odczuliśmy w ogóle minusów ze współdzielonej łazienki, mimo początkowego sceptycyzmu, więc jeśli ktoś się zastanawia to naprawdę warto!

O pequeno almoço foi servido no quarto. Havia informação muito pormenorizada sobre a ilha. Havia muitos jogos e livros no alojamento. Havia lugar para estacionar. O Angus foi muito simpático.

The bedroom was cosy, with a beautiful view to the sea. Angus was very helpful and had plenty of books available in the room to help plan our trip on Skye and make the best of it. Breakfast was filling and nutritious.

Shared facilities are a pity, but that was advertised from the start. Breakfast is not necessarily super tasty, but let's face it, this is a very good place to stay if you want to go hiking and exploring the island, not for kicking back and staying in one place.
