This is a great place to stay. It's cheap and friendly. The front desk clerk, Ms Kim, is amazing. She's kind and sweet and just a good person. Just be careful of the overnight clerk she can be very rude and disrespectful and loud. The other staff members are decent people though

I liked the response of the checkin staff clerk, to my complaint of the AC unit in my room, and the maintenance guy, showed up with her. They were prompt and friendly. He resolved the issue. I didn't like getting off work and coming to the room with the AC unit still not working right. I had put in my complaint to the office on my way to work, different staff person. I was assured it would be done before returning back, informed returning by 6 pm. I was disappointed. But the AC was very cold. I liked that, the fridge and microwave was good.

No breakfast, no ironing board nor iron. No hangers. No clock, no phone, no lamps. Lighting was sufficient but not the best. No outlets close to bed for charging my phone or to have near me while charging to answer if a call comes in while sleeping when charging. No ice. Dingy pillow cases, and dirty carpet. I was told all the rooms are the same. I was told due to Covid things changed. Truly, I should not have stayed. But I honored my reservation, because I wanted to leave!

The room was neat, I am definitely going to visit again and I will tell my friends about it . I will see them soon . I hope to have more service like that

This place is uninhabitable unless you are in dire need

We saw two different rooms, both in the same nasty state. They had rat traps on the floor, dirt covering everywhere, smoke smell, and a dirty matress on a wire frame. This place is not currently suitable for families to stay in. After seeing the rooms, we quickly left and found another hotel.

This place has cheap rooms with daily cleaning service. But other than that it's fraud fraud fraud. The Indian lady in the daytime is very disrespectful and very rude. She gave me a job at their SECOND location and when things didn't work out I got fired and she stole my money and kicked me out of the room that I was staying in at a whole different location. I even had to call the police on her. Do not rent from her and do not work with them at their SECOND location. It's best to check in at night. The only nice people on the property is the night shift clerk and sometimes housekeeping. All this on the 4th of July

It was quiet,calm and peaceful during my stay. It wasn’t hard to check in and got a good nights sleep.

I came to Macon to visit family & I was recommended this hotel. It’s comfortable, peaceful & no issues. The staff’s is super nice & helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others

Very quiet and clean. Daily service with great hospitality. The area is safe and the office is open everyday and night with low and affordable prices. Everything has been updated with more modern and up to date appliances. Come check them out, it's worth the stay.
