Please note that there is no daily cleaning of the Studio. You may request cleaning at Studios Mezzanine for an additional fee. Bedsheets and towels are changed every 5 days. Please note that the accommodation has no reception. Kindly inform Studios with Mezzanine what time you estimate check -in and check-out. Please note that the Studios are not recommended for small children or guests with limited mobility because of their high mezzanines. They are allowed though but under the guest's own risk. Please note that cats are prohibited; Only dogs are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Please inform the property in advance of your stay if you plan to bring dogs service animals. Please note that dogs will incur an additional charge of 50EUR per stay and need to be preadvised. Up to 2 dogs can stay in the Studios with terraces. Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per booking and up to 2 dogs can stay in the Studios with terraces. Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 12 kg or less on Superior Studio with Balcony and Mezzanine. Please note that all Studios are on the 2nd story of the building and accessible through 4 flights of stairs. Please note that we do not serve meals. Please note that the 7 Studios with Mezzanine are located on the 2nd floor of the building. The building, like most buildings in historic areas of Lisbon, does not have an elevator. The staircase is wide and beautiful, with old tiles. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Would come again for sure"

Had everything we needed as a family, close to great restaurants and public transport The hosts were excellent, very attentive to our needs.

You need to walk up a bit for some of the studios, but it was anticipated. Suggest using the hosts help for strollers and other baby luggage like we did - helped a lot

"Besser geht es nicht in Lissabon - Top Appartements"

Super Appartement, mit Liebe eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, groß und komfortabel. Schwierig was besseres in Lissabon zu finden. Top Lage!!! - besser geht es kaum! Danke Susanne und Mauro für den großartigen Aufenthalt bei euch.

"Liebevoll eingerichtetes Studio in zentraler Lage"

Wir hatten Studio 6 gebucht, welches klein aber fein war und für 3 Nächte völlig ausreichend war Der geringe Platz wurde bestmöglich aufgeteilt. Der Schlafplatz befand sich auf einer weiteren Ebene, die durch Stufen erreichbar war. Sehr gemütlich. Das Studio ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Unterkunft gab es alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Wein und eine kleine Packung Milch im Kühlschrank. Sogar Eiswürfel waren vorhanden. Das Studio hat eine top Lage, von hier aus kann man Lissabon bestens erkunden. Auch Susanne, die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und hat alle Fragen schnell beantwortet. Susanne war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Self-Check-In klappte hervorragend. Alles war bestens organisiert.

Der Generator/ Abluftanlage für die im Haus befindlichen Restaurants am kleinen Balkon( wir wussten allerdings vorher, dass dieser dort vorhanden ist). Dieser war sehr laut und der Geruch war unangenehm. Man sollte daher die Tür immer geschlossen halten. Morgens ging es. Das hat aber unserem Aufenthalt nicht negativ beeinflusst, da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren. Der Balkon war wie die Wohnung sehr liebevoll gestaltet.
