Comfort Suites Marysville Columbus - Northwest

Upon arrival the front desk clerk was a little rude. She told us checkin was 3pm and i explained we just letting them know we were there but would not be available to check in into after 6pm.

It was in a good location for what we had planned. Easy to find and walking distance to restaurants. The employees were nice.

The place had a weird smell and our bathroom floor was dirty. Wiped the bathroom floor with a washcloth and it was so dirty. The carpet felt dirty and the bathroom sink had a strange smell coming out of it. There was mold in the corner of the shower. When reported the employees never offered to fix the issue.

The hotel was great except for the noise and the doors slam ming all night long!. Absolutely didn't sleep at all!! And the pillows were terrible!at all

THis hotel looks as though it may bave been newly renovated inside. It was very clean, and my room was very nice. The breakfast was really food with several potions...but the most part were the two ladies I encountered each day. Unfortunately, I didn't pay attention to name tags, but they were both at the desk when I checked in, and then they had their own shift and I saw them each day during my stay. both of them were SO firendly and easy to converse with. The person in charge of breakfast on FRiday was VERY helpful. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again if I were to visit Marysville again. Additionally, it's close to so many things.

Clean, friendly, great location

Probably one of the nicest hotels that we have ever stayed. We sold our home and new place isn’t quite ready. We’ve stayed here several nights. Staff is wonderful. Michelle at the front desk and others there are so great. The lady that prepares breakfast is awesome. Cleaning staff friendly and all so hard working. Just a great place….

Michelle the manager helped my husband with early check out a day early when i wasn't there.

The location is excellent. Easy access to the highway. Well landscaped property. Lobby and breakfast area are well kept.

My room had a screw missing on the door plate which made opening and closing the door tricky. The rug had a major stained area as well as several other small areas. The shower bar molding that covers where the bar goes into the wall was hanging on the bar so the wall was exposed.
