Comfort Suites Marysville Columbus - Northwest

The carpet in my room was extremely dirty. Had to put towels on the carpet to put under my bare feet

We stayed 1 night, and the room was safe and comfortable.

The hotel was staff was amazing, they were always friendly and pleasant, and Haley asked where we were eating dinner and gave us discount coupons. The hotel was clean and quiet and they had complimentary coffee, lemon water, juice, cookies and popcorn in the lobby. The beds were comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again when we go back to the Columbus Zoo.

I always have a great stay here. My only complaint from this last stay is the room was very musty. Everything kinda smelled musty. Definitely doesn’t retire me from staying in the future!

This is a very nice facility, very clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Really nice breakfast and coffee, water available always, cookies and popcorn offered in the evening. Our only recommendation would be to add grab bars in the tub area. It was a little scary for an older person without any mobility problems.

Staff were very kind. Room had many stains on the carpet & ceiling, mold in the bathroom, and a foul odor on the bedding. It was also very, very noisy. Not much available for breakfast if you have any diet limitations but the man cooking was very kind.

The staff were friendly, prompt, always cleaning, made a great breakfast, available when or if needed, smile and greet in a very welcoming way
