The property was clean overall. Our room had an A/C that was quite noisy, but it was just for the one night. The main issue was that unless you’re some kind of member with the hotel, they’ll bump your reservation to whatever works for them without telling you until you’re checking in. I tried the online check to save us some time earlier in the day to find that out after calling to ask why we now had a different reserved room. They also said our room would be available when we got there to make up for the change and it was not. We were traveling for a wedding and didn’t want to have to check in at 10:30p, but that’s what we got stuck doing. Told us when we arrived 30min for check due to the change that they were sorry, but the double queen room they were cleaning for us wasn’t available because it was more popular than the king suite. We reserved a king suite and asked why we can’t have a clean one of those. Desk person had no answer for that. Apparently it’s because we are not members according to the clerk who finally checked us in at night. Not a great experience and I won’t ever reserve a room at one of their hotels because I’ll never know if they will change the reservation in the future for a membership I don’t have. Thanks, but no thanks.
