Average hotel at a decent price. It is what it is. Room was clean and for a place to stay over one night, it fit the bill. Would not do an extended stay here.

Overall 3 star due to good area, breakfast. Minus 2 star due to smell of weed. Room were ok, little bit dated but manageable but the smell of weed in the hall was very strong. For that reason would not stay there again. Fine those people so they won't smoke in the hallway or the room or anywhere where they not supposed to.

The building is a dump. The exterior is in disrepair and filthy. The interior is full of imperfections, drywall patches, broken tiles, we had a dirty band on the ceiling in our room. It was disgusting. There was also a terrible smell throughout the building, and our corridor smelled like Marijuana the whole time.

"Should be renamed The SLUM-FORT INN"

Filthy, Disgusting and should be condemned. So ungodly humid the walls, floors and ceiling were sweating. Rooms had tile floors that werw wet from the humidity and when wiped with a towel....the towel was black with dirt and filth. Rooms smelled of mold and mildew and beds were just gross not to mention VERY uncomfortable. Grounds were Disgusting and unmaintained (garbage everywhere and building in shambles) Since it was Memorial day weekend and we were in the area for a family reunion, everything else in the area was solid out. If I could give ZERO stars, I WOULD.!!. The ONLY positive thing I can say about the place is, the night man, John, was very nice and helpful.
