Drury Plaza Hotel Dallas Richardson

The supper was ok. Had meatballs, Mashed potatoes, steamed vegies, and salad. The meatballs were luke warm. But tasted good. The breakfast the next day was really good and hot and fresh.

The Drury was very accommodating to their guests. Free breakfast, snacks and dinner... other hotels need to step up their game!

If I had to pick one thing I didn't like is to remind myself not to have a room facing the highway.. noise level was high

Everything. It was clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good and you even had some dinner options which I’ve never seen before. A free drink was also very nice.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

Location, swimming pool, gym, breakfast, light dinner included, coffee, drinks & tea included all day. Nice scenery from window. Comfy bed.

I booked a regular room but got a handicapped room which I told the front desk, they didn’t seem or try to accommodate, I was very disappointed. The shower water wet the whole floor in bathroom because it was a handicapped room, my dresses dragged in closet. I found hairs in my bed blankets from previous people who were there. I had a barking dog who woke us up really early next door. Also, I found a pill & some a few pieces of trash under the two beds.

Great experience for a great value. They have added double windows on the west side of the building to ensure that noise is not a problem. They are so aware of any potential problems and they address them quickly. The staff is very attentive and you feel like you matter there.

Great location! Clean hotel and friendly staff.

Quite comfortable rooms and nice breakfast buffet.

The lobby felt large and impersonal. A few areas to sit or work quietly would be nice.
