Every staff member I met was helpful, knowledgeable and cheerful. The breakfast and kickback are great quality and a generous perk. The rooms and bathrooms are quite nice and the beds are comfortable.

Noise. All the elevators make loud, metallic, clunking noises you could hear at the far end of the hallway. We changed rooms and it was better, but I've never heard elevators make those noises before. And the highway noise. There's no getting away from that. There are major highways on 2 sides of the hotel, so most likely you'll face a highway, which looks cool from your floor to ceiling windows, but highways are noisy. I needed earplugs in both rooms. Maybe lower floors are quietier; we were on the 11th and 14th floor. Also, WHY are the bathroom lights on a sensor? I don't want blinding lights to come on in the middle of the night!

Everything was good

We had a free night certificate to spend one night at this hotel. We were excited to try it out! My kids thought it was really cool that it was such a tall building. Check-in was easy, kind, and smooth, and we used our room key to access the many-storied parking deck that is below the hotel. Note that the parking spaces are quite tight for anything larger than a compact car! We had a king suite and my two younger kids slept on the pullout couch and seemed to sleep just fine. It would’ve been too uncomfortable for myself as an adult. King sized bed though was comfortable for sure. Breakfast in the morning was good, and my kids liked the waffle iron in the shape of Texas.

This is our second stay at Drury visiting the area for an important event. We are family of four who arrived at the hotel feeling tired from the airport, but were allowed to check in early (around 2pm) after the hotel staff checked if a suite room was available and ready. Staff promptly attended to our request for additional pillows. Free breakfast and late afternoon snack are really nice. Kids enjoyed the pool, hubby used the well-equipped gym. Fridge and microwave come in handy. Great Location! Walking distance to city line shops and restaurants. We’ll definitely stay again.
