It was very clean. Both bedrooms, loungeroom and kitchen. Supplied little extras if needed. Service was great! Very friendly

Chris and Ron went out of their to make me feel comfortable. The rules are very strict but I believe it's due to that that the place is so clean and neat and quiet. My only problem was with the location of the hostel. To get anywhere I had to take busses and if you're unfamiliar with the city as I was, you tend to get lost a lot. But if you choose to make that part of the ad adventure, then it's all good. Loved everything else about Luxury Stays. Highly recommended!!

Every day I received new towels, everything was very clean mostly thanks to strict rules that were reminded to me like 3 times while checking-in. Air conditioning worked maybe too well but it was nice to be in cold environment like that compare to hot weather in LA. I could use very modern and new kitchen facilities any time. So if you don't mind snoring or farting people with who you share the room it's a very nice place to stay.

I rented this only because it was what i could afford at the time. When i get there though (expedia didnt show it was a shared room with 4 other people per room. I did not want this. Also on top of paying all I could he had the audacity to ask for a cleaning fee. Not stated in the website anywhere. I could not pay that. So I had to leave. I want a refund.

Ad was totally misleading. It talks about rooms, but in fact you are renting a BUNK. "Free parking", means if you are able to find street parking space within a mile or two, no-one is going to charge you for it. (Residential neighborhood, one space per house, one side of the street parking, all full.) I can't speak to the cleanliness or amenities because I never set foot in the place. The owner saw the handicap sticker on my car, he started yelling at me that the ad clearly stated that "You must be able to climb into an upper bunk." Which it did and does not. He promised a refund, but I am out $70 for a place with undisclosed conditions that made it physically impossible for me to stay. Not recommended for anyone under any circumstances. Definitely not ADA compliant as required by law.

The place is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. It’s one block away the supermarket, banks and pharmacies.

Staffs were friendly and kind, but I had to ask what I need to know during my stay, I wish they could have offered before asking for it.
