"Great Room Size and Location"

The location is great and the size of the suite with 2 bathrooms is fantastic.

The staff kind of lurking around the door to our room was unnecessary and uncomfortable. There was no heat and it was raining and cold. We had a bed and also a hide a bed sofa but no extra blankets or bedding. We ran behind in schedule and had called to inform them and they almost didn't allow us to check in although we had already done so online. There were a few bugs in our room. Not sure what they were.

"Ugly, run down room"

Staff were friendly.

The room was in disrepair. The sink backed up, the walls needed cleaning, wallpaper was torn and peeling. There were no screens on windows, and there was garbage strewn on the roof. There was no toilet paper or tub plug. The ceiling tiles were damaged. It was ugly!

"Place needs a freshening up...badly."

This used to be the best hotel in Prince Albert. It is still not too bad, but it smells old and despite the fact that there are lots of non-smoking rooms, the place smells of smoke everywhere. The restaurant used to be one of the top restaurants in town, not now. High food price, very slow service. We went to another place for food.

Shower didn’t work for the 4 days we were there, reported the problem and crickets. Coffee pot didn’t work, took a day and a half to get a new one. Floor was sticky which they did wash the next day. Room was dirty, there was an empty bag of chips beside the bed and garbage under the couch.
