Jey at reception was very good

2 minor issues-- lack of hot shower water at 6.30am and too many kids playing tag on the floors and elevators on Saturday night. Otherwise, very good@

I arrived at the hotel around 2:15 wanted to see if I could check in a bit early. I stood at the front desk for at least 10 minutes waiting for someone to check me in. A customer sitting at the bar saw me and asked if I was checking in and replied yes. He said knock on the door maybe someone will come out to help you. I knocked on the door but no one came out. I continued to stand there and wait. My husband came in (he was waiting in the car) he asked if I checked in and I said no one has come to the front desk yet. By this time it was probably 15 min I told my husband that I had knocked on the door and no one answered or came out. He went to the door and knocked very hard and loudly and a minute or 2 passed and a lady came out to finally check us in. I was just annoyed at that point and wondering why there was not a response the first time that I knocked a the door. I get it it there is probably other things that need to be done in the back room, but I would assume that you do have a camera at the front desk to monitor activity at the desk so that your can take care of customers.

The hotel is located a bit outside Bettendorf and Davenport but is very nice. New, clean with good amenities for the price and location.

Location was right off the highway, staff was very friendly, beds were comfortable

Few spots in the bathroom weren’t cleaned well but nothing that grossed us out to complain.

The first floor room had an incredibly bright light shinning right into the window, and even though there was a black our curtain, it couldn't shield the intensity of the light from the edges at the top. Also, opposite the pool was loud and chlorine smell. Next time I would request a different room than 108

Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay at. We book here most of the time when we are in town.
