Accueil familial. Marine est particulièrement accueillante et chaleureuse. L'hôtel est très bien situé, en plein cœur du quartier touristique.

Le petit-déjeuner est très, très correct, mais comme il est servi à table le choix est très limité. On pourrait regretter qu'il n'y ait pas de bouilloire dans la chambre. Enfin, l'établissement paraît difficile à trouver, y compris par les Géorgiens qui connaissent la ville. Je tiens toutefois à préciser que ce ne sont là que d'infimes détails, sans véritable importance.
