Typical and Brand New T.M. Flat

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein! Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Lediglich eine Waschmaschine fehlt, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt kein Problem. Lage etwas außerhalb des Zentrums in einem schönen Viertel. Sogar eine Flasche Wein gab es als Willkommensgeschenk, was ich sehr nett fand. Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe waren unkompliziert. Rundum eine super Erfahrung.

Habe keine Kritik. Es war alles wie beschrieben und erwartet. Wenn man allein oder zu zweit reist ideal.

Molt tranquil i silenciós. Confortable.

The unit is truly tiny, but we stayed six nights and managed to make it work. The bed was comfortable, and the location was quiet, although you can hear airplanes flying overhead. The first morning woke me up, but by the second day, I was more used to it. The kitchen is very small, but equipped with what you need to cook, which was great for our dietary needs, just cramped. The bathroom door is a glass door and doesn’t go all the way to the floor, is right next to the kitchen, so couples should be comfortable with limited privacy. The place was clean, and they provided basics like oil, salt, toiletries, and even a bottle of wine. Only two coffee pods were supplied for six nights, which was a bit low. Check-in was handled by a different person than we initially communicated with, but the check-in staff was nice.

The price felt high for the size and comfort, though that might be typical for the city. The iron was burnt and damaged one of my shirts. The host gave cleaning instructions, which we followed as best we could with limited supplies (for example, they suggested baking soda, but we didn’t have any while traveling). When we couldn’t clean it properly, the host kindly offered to collect the iron to clean it himself, but we declined due to our busy schedule. Hopefully, the iron gets replaced for future guests.

1. Location is great, it’s a very nice borough 2. Shower had good pressure. 3. The AC/heating works well. 4. The team managing the apartment let us have the keys a bit earlier what was a nice touch. However, you need to meet them in person for the key what makes it less flexible.

1. The description in booking is not right. It is a studio, not an apartment. There is no door between any of the spaces, just two steps up to reach the bed. Even the bathroom’s door is semi-open. 2. There is no patio as said on the description; the main door leads to the street, where I guess you can sit but, it is not a private patio, it’s the street. 3. The bathroom has no intimacy. It has a frosted glass door, open on top and bottom, where you can see through, hear and smell anything that could be happening in a bathroom. The opening of the door is to the kitchen cooker, side by side. 4. It is smaller than advertised, the studio was very compressed with almost no space to open your luggage or put your cloths or stuff. 5. For toiletries, there was one single sample bottle of shampoo and another of gel for two people for the whole stay. 6. There was soap for dishes but no sponge or cloth to clean with. 7. We kindly requested to check out a bit later, half an hour before check out was due. It would have helped us greatly. The team didn’t grant the request, as it is their right, however, the tone of their answer was rude / educating, and I didn’t appreciate it. We, anyway, left of time.

Fantastic host with great local recommendations. Close to metro and bus stops. Short walk to the supermarket. Cool local suburb.

Compact apartment if you have a lot of stuff

We liked the location. The fully equipped kitchen was great. The bed was super comfortable. It was clean.

It could do with a proper chest of drawers and a bigger mirror!

The location was great, it was nice to have a unit with a kitenete, and it was decorated well.

The bathroom wasn't as great as the rest of the unit, but it was totally functional and clean.
