Trip Inn City Hotel Hamm Koblenz

O quarto, a cama e o banheiro eram muito bons. gostamos muito da nossa estadia aqui. Unica questão é que achamos um pouco longe do centro antigo, mas bem possivel de ir caminhando, que foi o que fizemos.

Gemütliches einfaches Hotel. Für einen Citytrip sehr geeignet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

The hotel is fine and the service is good. However, there is no one at the front desk in the evening. That meant I had to use my key to access the building. Quite a surprise for as many rooms as there are. I came back one mid-afternoon and found my key was not working. It was quickly resolved but there was no real explanation how it happened. Common with magnetic keys. However, it made going out later very uncomfortable, out of fear the key could stop working again. There is an emergency number I could have called but coming back later in the evening, facing the possibility of a dead key, calling the emergency number, waiting for staff to come to the hotel to let me in, AND having to still get up very early the next morning? No.

Solide Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war rel. groß, was auch daran gelegen hat, dass es sich um ein Dreibettzimmer handelt. Das Bad ist ebenfalls angenehm groß, allerdings nicht mehr auf dem neusten Stand aber dafür sehr sauber.

Durchweg freundliches Personal und sehr gute Corona Regelungen (hier wird wirklich darauf geachtet, ob man getestet ist). Frühstück mit 10 € zu teuer, aber schöne Auswahl (leider nur Aufbackbrötchen). Zimmer zum Hof war von außen sehr ruhig, aber vom Bad her kamen auch bei geschlossener Tür ständig Geräusche (als ob jmd die Spülung bedient). Sehr nervig. Sauberkeit: ließ zu wünschen übrig. Im ersten Zimmer lagen Zeh- oder Fingernägel vor dem Badmülleimer, im zweiten Zimmer (ich durfte problemlos tauschen :) ) lag eine dicke Staubschicht auf der Sprossenheizung im Bad. Außerdem gab es nur 2 Duschtücher statt einem Dusch- und einem normalen Handtuch. Fön war da und funktionierte sehr gut. TV war auch da und gut. Lage: man kann in die Altstadt laufen, aber es ist ein Stück. Da gibt es nähere Hotels, wenn man kein Auto dabei hat. Parkplatzsituation auf der Straße ist katastrophal (je näher an der Altstadt desto teurer, überall max. 4 h stehen), Tiefgarage kostet 10 € pro Nacht. Preis- Leistung: das Zimmer hätte etwas günstiger sein können.

My stay at hotel TripInn was very comfortable and calm. The only difficulty is that one has to plan parking because there are limited places available and Koblenz is quite busy in regards to parking place. Overall the stay was nice and cosy.

Es war sehr schön und ruhig da und der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war überaus freundlich!Schönes Hotel und nette Mitarbeiter. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen

It was nice

Beds were a bit on the soft side for us. Area is just south of the railway station. Quite noisy innthe night as it wascwarm we had windows open. Yes I knew it was near the Railway, but this was cars and other noise from the street.
