Spacious Tailor Made Bairro Alto

The flat is in a great area with a lot of resturants and bars. The flat is spacious and cosy. We had a great time there and the kitchen was also well equipped.

The apartment was beautiful with great facilities, nice kitchen where cooking was easy, good location near the tram and otherwise walkable, nice for a group to stay. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Clean except for the smells. Overall a great experience!

There was a construction site right outside the apartment that we weren’t warned about, they were working early in the mornings even on weekends and walking right by the windows so that we had to keep them shut. The apartment and especially the toilet smelled strange.

Great apartment and space for a group of 7. There are three rooms: one double, one twin and a single room, and then a sofa bed that also goes into a double bed. However there’s still space for a decent sized dining table so the sofa bed doesn’t encroach on social spaces. The apartment is extremely well located, only 10-15mins away from a number of stations and the Time out market region (albeit down the hilly cobbled streets of Lisbon!) There were lots of amenities in the flat, washing machine, iron, kitchen etc and towels were also provided. The host Tomás and his friend Duarte were very accommodating to our group of 7, thank you!

There is only one bathroom with a toilet which was fine but just prepare for that if you’re a biggish group. The beds were rather low and not super comfortable but still great value. And not the host’s fault at all but there were unfortunately noisy building works outside which started very early, although the property was on a quiet street despite being a few minutes from the lively Bairro Alto area.

Hard to get taxi from there. Could do with more lighting in living areas.
