"a hidden gem"

I only needed a place to sleep for the night on a very long car trip, and this place was amazing! 1) Their customer service was fantastic! I encountered four different employees and they all went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. 2) The hotel was clean and well kept. 3) The mattress was comfortable. I will make a point to stay here the next time I am passing through North Carolina.

"Great place, location and staff. Breakfast was delicious. Dining a bit cramped. WiFi was awful."

I have never stayed in a place where the staff was SO COMMITTED to doing a good job. Place was very clean. It was being renovated and we stayed in an “old” room. It was immaculate.

The WiFi was terrible. Hard to get by these days without robust WiFi.
