The staff was rude. Made my bf and I throw away personal belongings bc we had to walk and they would let us keep our things there for N hour. Not even by dumpster.. threw them away

"Pictures are not doing the justice of what they advertise"

Nothing the pictures where definitely not what the rooms looked like

I had to put a 150 dollar deposit to stay for damages. The room already had lots of damage. Holes in wall based boards falling off no hot water for both nights told front desk first night said they would get it fixed or move me . Came back that night didn’t take shower till next day still no hot water. Will not be staying at this Laquita again…

Screaming and door pounding at 1 am. Clearly they have a safety problem. The screaming, yelling, and door pounding lasted for over 15 minutes.

I stayed at Sleep Inn & Suites Smyrna – Nashville Area and paid 85.14 USD with my company card. At checkout I asked for a receipt, but the front desk kept refusing to provide it. When they finally printed something, it showed a balance of 0.00 instead of the amount I actually paid, which makes this “receipt” useless for business and tax records. I find this extremely unprofessional and a complete lack of customer service. The lady at the front desk also refused to provide her name when I asked. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who needs proper documentation for their stay.

"The occupt"

Morning breakfast and had space for the family to visit in the lobby.

The hallway floor looked bad. My TV didn't work the first night and I had to wait until the next morning to get a TV. Had to 2 rooms one was nice.
