Very nice hotel.

Booking.com was very misleading as to the price.

I had no view in my windows - only outside walls. That was awful. And my floor was slanted, that was scary.

At least to fix the floor level

Location was good

The hotel is not managed well - there are no manager on site and stuff don’t have any answers to give. We are still waiting for there response. There were major issues during our stay and no one came back to us about them. They are over charging for the service we got

Location was good, walking distance to main road and university

Hotel had lots of problems - like NO HOT WATER nor NO WIFI and no one came back to us with compensation ! Stuff were not knowledge at all, room was not cleaned daily, there are stairs and the entrance so the hotel is not accessible with suitcases…

Convenient location, fun quirky decor in lobby

Dark, understaffed. Rooms not cleaned everyday, not enough towels, one night there was no hot water for several hours in the evening, duvet was cold and thin and worn out, amenities not restocked, one bar of soap for a 7 day stay. Staff were helpful when deficiencies pointed out but it becomes tiring having to ask for the room to be cleaned, garbage emptied, for a second towel etc. also, when you ask for something, the person at the front desk literally has to leave their post to bring it, so you feel kind of bad. Has the potential to be so much better if money was spent of more staffing and new bedding.
