Il Molino

Il Molino hits the mark on so many things it's almost too difficult to list them all. The apartment has such a charming character, with all the amenities you would find in a modern luxurious accommodation. The view is to die for, the quietness and the surroundings are simply top-notch. Very rarely we stayed at an accommodation and felt so much at home and eager to return. We also do not usually give a shout-out to our host, Mauro and his trusted housekeeper, Annarita. What a delight to meet this great team, and learn from them more about this great spot that Tuscany has to offer.

Nothing, really. Actually, one might say that a bit nuisance of Italian summers are the mosquitos, but Mauro and Annarita had an answer for that too: we were well stocked up with Citronella candles throughout our stay, and despite the occasional bite that wasn't enough to spoil our evenings; staying outdoor soaking in the view of Cala Galera marina and the old Spanish fort is an absolute must.
