"Too loud in the hallways. Deposit keepy."

Location

The Noise level. too noisy to be a relaxing environment for everybody. Instead, it was only relaxing for parents of small children and dog owners. ..& p.s I never got my deposit back on top of that.

Theroom was large. The TV worked. Location was great. The staff was nice.

The bathroom was dirty. The bedding and towels were dingy. The building felt safe.

Two staffs in the reception was fine. At the checkout time the staff was too much rude. Because, they took a $50 security deposit from me at check in time. Whenever I asked when i will get back at the checkout time, she told me they will charge something from it as I checked out at 11:15am. I was 15 minutes late so they might charge it. Although, I call them afternoon again to them and talk with another staff and they told me I will get my full refund and I got it.
