"Great location for a group"

Great location near town and each of the 3 bedrooms had its own bathroom. Big kitchen and living room area. Owners were flexible regarding check-out time.

Right on busy street, so bedroom nearest the street had a little street noise on occasion. Bedrooms were a little tight on space.

"Comfortable stay and a short distance walk to restaurants & attractions."

Ensuite for each bedroom was very handy when you are sharing with a few people.

We had trouble using the induction cooktop, otherwise everything else was provided for.

"We would stay at Koura Apt again"

Location is superb being quiet but still so close to the town centre. The apartment is modern with a balcony overlooking the Queenstown Hill and a little creek running below the property. Utensils are up to date and a full set for a larger company. Three families comfortably stayed there for three nights. Parking lot was large enough to accommodate a minivan

"Great location"

Short walk to town, close to restaurants and activities. Comfy beds Fully equipped kitchen Plenty of room for 5 adults

The lounge was uncomfortable The view of the mountain from the balcony was a little disappointing as it was not as seen on website, it overlooked the house behind and didn't give any privacy.

Great location. Spacious. Well equipped.

Frosted glass windows in upstairs bedroom and kitchen/dining room limited views. Dishwasher and dryer not working properly.

"Cool at Koura"

Loved the apartments, staff were super friendly and really helpful. Loves where they were, just far enough out to not be so busy, but close enough for a wander in. Would definitely stay again.

The only thing we didn't like was the lack of opening windows...wondered how we would get out if there was a fire upstairs and we were downstairs!!! Apart from that everything was excellent.

"Exceptional"

Great place n location! Everything was clean n comfortable!

Parking spot was a bit tight to park our car n suggest to install bidets in toilets.
