Servicio excelente, el servicio de restaurante excelente, la comida deliciosa, muy bien servida y las personas que atienden son muy amables. el Sr. Idilio prepara un café delicioso y es muy muy amable.

The property has a great location,amenities,breakfast,the use of bikes and the rooftop bar is great..the only thing that lets the room down is that the same problem is apparent as when I last stayed here 2 years ago, the design of the shower cubicle is bad,the space is very small and when showering it floods the floor.It did this 2 years ago and still dies it now,even with different rooms.Its a bad design flaw really, as the rooms are small there’s not much space for manoeuvre .That said I think its a great hotel, the bathroom situation is just annoying and not very well designed.

Excelente hotel 4 estrelas, café da manhã variado, equipe muito atenciosa, cama confortável, ótima localização, metrô próximo, bairro super agradável, da pra fazer turismo a pé na região.

Atendimento ruim no restaurante. Garçom questionou se eu era hóspede e que não deveria estar tomando o café da manhã. Ridículo isso.

Tudo ótimo! Os atendentes super simpáticos, o único ponto de atenção foi com o banheiro que vazava água enquanto tomávamos banho.

Hotel com boa estrutura, mas o quarto é horrível. Minúsculo, abafado. A cama consegue ser pior que o quarto… ruim e barulhenta. Pelo preço, esperávamos muito mais.

Hotel moderno, numa rua tranquila, com uma vista incrível do Sky Costanera e muito bem localizado perto de tudo , inclusive do metro.
