"Room 26"

Room 26 has a window above the bed and it is like a basement. It was a bit claustrophobic. But overall the room is good, very comfortable and good size. The ladies at the reception are so adorable.

The Bay Viaduct is my go-to when staying in Timaru. The rooms are superbly modern and up-market, the views are pretty bloody outstanding and it's located just a short stroll from numerous restaurants. Cross the road and you're at Caroline Bay and the fantastic park that's part of it.

stayed in the room closet to the main road. There was a lot of road noise and trains during the night which made it a little hard to sleep.
