Convient to get to.

I was asked to check in online to save time at the front desk so I did - providing my license and my credit card. When I arrived I was asked to repeat the process - it’s not the end of the world but the attendant never smiled and generally seemed bothered by having to deal with me at all. Once we made our way to the room, it was overall neat and as clean as it could be for an older property. We did notice that the arm chairs upholstery was ripped and the cushion was missing - it honestly looked like it had been pulled off the side of the road. Only other issue really lies with the front desk attendant once again. My husband turned on the tv and a message popped up on the screen instructing us to change the batteries on the direct tv remote. He walked downstairs (there is no elevator) not once but twice to get new batteries. The ones she swapped out were dead batteries also. When he asked for new ones she said it works on her tv and refused to change the batteries. I do want to mention that the gentleman working the next morning was friendly and smiled - was generally very helpful.

Hard to sleep with the people above us apparently jumping off the bed or partying half the night

The HVAC system was loud. The TV was set to one channel and could've be changed. Breakfast had a very weak selection--no milk at all. Cleanliness was barely adequate.

If you want to feel at home this isn’t your place. If you want to feel like you’re camping then okay. First off price gouging for room is the new normal but when you do you need to offer the services. All the negatives got in room linens where nasty had piles of dirt, and what looked like ashes under made up sheets which you will see in pictures. Also the comforter had a big yellow stain in it consistent probably an animal used the bathroom on. If you like a toilet that’s not bolted down you got it. As I mentioned camping generally bugs are part of nature you want on the outside not inside. Well you got live spiders everywhere. Also curtains with holes in it. Holes in walls everywhere. Paint chipping. Mold all in corners. The a/c quit in the middle of the night had to unfreeze itself it was set on 69. We are in a heat wave of over 100 degree weather. Front desk was very rude. I asked for new linens on bed. Told me she didn’t have time to inspect. I asked for new I had to make up my self. Wasn’t even right size. For a king we had a queen. Then asked for wash clothes had 1 there was 4 towels. So I had to go ask for 2 more. Front desk acted as if this was a problem. The only good thing I could see vehicle from room. Well lit parking. Also paid 283.00 with taxes for this one night stay

Okay hotel. Needs some maintenance in room and common area. Breakfast room was small with few options. I cannot really recommend. Just okay.
